Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By booking a room or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before making a reservation.

2. Bookings & Rates

Rates are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and start from R100 per hour, R350 per night and R700 per full day, with long-term stays by arrangement. Rates and availability may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to your stay.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted by EFT, cash or card on arrival. Online card payment may be added in future. Your room is held once your booking is confirmed.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For Full Night stays, check-in opens at 6:00 PM and check-out is 9:00 AM the next day. Different times can sometimes be arranged on request, subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up until your check-in time. After your check-in time, please contact reception directly to discuss your booking.

6. House Rules

We do not allow pets, except registered service animals. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and we ask that all guests respect other guests and our neighbours. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our premises safe and secure, but we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Secure parking is provided but used at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your booking.
